I would not recommend this horrible place. apart from a location near the terminal, this place is totally mediocre. the room reeked of cannabis and cigarettes (yes yes, both), poor quality bedding with tiny and uncomfortable pillows, old and rough sheets, cleaned with products so irritating that it was impossible to sleep unless be fully dressed. from 7:00 am, impossible to sleep due to the noise of the cleaning ladies, who talk while shouting among themselves, taking no notice of the noise, slammimg doors or the furniture roughly replaced…

Free airport shuttle needs to actually come w/in a reasonable amount of time.

No issue overall w/the property. Room was modern/spacious. However, the BIG issue is pretty much the whole reason this hotel exists-its location. Very close to the airport & advertises a free shuttle. Arrived at baggage around 10 pm. Called front desk as directed in my reservation. Was told shuttle would leave shortly & be there w/in 20 mins. Lie. Called 10:30 pm. Told again it was on the way. Lie. Called again at 11 pm-it finally arrived-11:15. Unacceptable. Manager did comp me breakfast the next morning but still.

I loved the staff especially the bartenders. Neelam provided me with the best drinks and food. I would 1000000% go back again for the stay. Truly amazing staff and great atmosphere at night with the music and lighting.

We stayed here prior to leaving for our Cruise out of Cape Liberty Cruise Ship Terminal. Close to the airport and their shuttle will pick you up. A short trip to the Terminal. Clean with a good staff and Nice Complimentary Breakfast.
